What this page is for

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Kombinify: Sanal Moda Asistanı, the app provided by Yusuf Samet Karakurt. Deletion is free and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Kombinify app and sign in.
On the home screen, tap your profile picture at the top right to open My profile.
At the bottom of the page tap Delete account, then confirm twice with Continue and Delete my account.

Your account and data are deleted right away. If you signed in with Apple, the app's access to your Apple account is revoked too.

If you cannot reach the app

If you have removed the app or cannot sign in, send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to info@kombinify.com. Send it from the address registered to your Kombinify account; if you hid your email when signing in with Apple, include Apple's relay address. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete your account and data within 30 days at the latest and let you know by email.

What is deleted

Your account details: name, email, password and sign-in links (Google, Apple).
Your profile: gender, city, style preferences, height, weight and body measurements.
Your face photo, avatar and all avatar images.
Your wardrobe: clothing photos, product links and tags.
Your outfit images, 360° videos and saved outfits.
Your stylist chats and suggestion pages.
Your invite code, remaining credits and plan details.

What is kept, and for how long

Technical and security logs: deleted automatically after 90 days at the latest.
A keyed, one-way hash of your email address: kept to stop a new account with the same email from claiming the welcome gift again. Your email address cannot be recovered from it.
Cost and revenue records: kept for accounting with the link to you removed.
Purchase and billing records: Apple and Google take the payments, so they keep these records for their legally required periods.
Server backups: deleted data is also removed from backups automatically within the backup cycle.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To avoid further charges, cancel it separately: on iPhone in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleting data without closing your account

If you want to keep your account, you can delete your avatar, wardrobe items and stylist chats one by one in the app. To have any other data deleted, write to info@kombinify.com.
