Service and parties

Kombinify is a mobile app that provides a digital wardrobe, AI avatar creation and outfit try-on, 360° videos and an AI fashion stylist. The app is provided by Yusuf Samet Karakurt. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Age and account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kombinify. If you are under 18, use the app with your parent's or guardian's permission. Creating an avatar with your own face is only for people aged 18 or over.
You are responsible for keeping your details correct and your password and account secure. You may not share your account.
You can delete your account at any time from My profile → Delete account.

Plans

Everyone starts on the Free plan. Its monthly allowances are shown in the app; the Free plan has no end date, never turns into a paid subscription and is never charged.
New accounts receive a one-time welcome gift of try-ons, valid for 60 days.
Premium's allowances, price and period are shown on the purchase screen. Monthly allowances renew every month; unused monthly allowances do not carry over.
Images and videos created on the Free plan may carry a Kombinify watermark.

Subscriptions

Premium is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged to your account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time after purchase: on iPhone in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Premium until then.
If a free trial or introductory offer is offered, its terms are shown on the purchase screen. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends, and any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Price changes are announced in advance under the store's rules; where the law requires it, your consent is asked for.
You can move your purchases to a new device with "Restore purchases" in the app.

One-time packs

One-time packs do not renew. Credits bought with one-time packs are valid for the period shown on the purchase screen (currently 60 days from purchase). They are used after your plan's monthly allowance, soonest-expiring first. Expired credits are removed. Used or expired credits are not refunded.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

All payments are taken by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their rules. You can request a refund for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com and for Google Play purchases through Google Play's refund page. For services performed immediately and digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has started with your consent, as provided by consumer law. Your mandatory consumer rights where you live remain unaffected.

Invite a friend

Within 7 days of creating your account you can enter a friend's invite code once; you both get try-ons. Invite credits expire like pack credits. An inviter is rewarded for at most 10 invites a month. Using your own code or creating fake or multiple accounts is not allowed; in case of abuse the credits may be withdrawn and the account closed. Invite credits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

Acceptable use

You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with the law. The following are prohibited:

Creating an avatar from someone else's face or from a photo of a person under 18.
Creating or sharing images that impersonate, demean or misrepresent a person without their permission.
Uploading, or trying to generate, nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, harassment or illegal content.
Uploading content that infringes others' copyright, trademarks or personality rights.
Automating, overloading or reverse-engineering the service, or trying to get around its security or plan limits.

Uploaded content and requests sent to the AI pass automated safety checks, and inappropriate requests are blocked. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules without prior notice.

AI results and the stylist

Avatars, outfit images, videos, stylist replies and suggestions are generated automatically by AI. The stylist is an AI assistant, not a person.
AI can make mistakes: colour, fit, size and appearance may differ from the real product or from how you really look. Check the product's own details before buying.
The stylist's suggestions are fashion and style suggestions only and do not replace health, nutrition, psychological or any other professional advice.
If you see an inappropriate or wrong result, you can report it to us at info@kombinify.com.

Your content

The photos and content you upload remain yours. You allow us to store and process them, and to pass them to our service providers, only to provide the service to you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account. You may use and share the avatar and outfit images made for you for personal purposes; you are responsible for what you share. You confirm that the content you upload is yours or that you have the right to use it.

Intellectual property

The Kombinify name, logo, design, software and the built-in content of the app belong to Yusuf Samet Karakurt or its licensors. You are given a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app in line with these terms.

Third-party sites and products

Store links and product suggestions in the app lead to third-party sites. The store concerned is responsible for its products, prices, stock and sales. Kombinify earns no commission on purchases from these sites and is not responsible for their content.

Apple and Google

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies alongside these terms. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. These terms are between you and Yusuf Samet Karakurt; Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app's maintenance, support or content. Questions, complaints and requests about the app should be sent to us. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for apps downloaded from the App Store and may enforce them against you.

Changes to the service and termination

We may improve, change or discontinue features of the service. Changes affecting your paid rights will be announced in advance. If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. You can delete your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or decisions you make based on AI results. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and your mandatory rights as a consumer, are not limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the app or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your mandatory consumer rights and the consumer courts available where you live remain unaffected. Questions and requests: info@kombinify.com. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
